The celebration of the 59th edition of the National Student Sport Games was announced yesterday with a conference given by the National Sports Institute (known as INDES) and the Ministry of Education (known as MINED). The event was attended by the president of the Export and Investment Promotion Agency of El Salvador (known as PROESA), Salvador Gómez Góchez.

Thousands of student athletes are expected to take part in the days of competition to be held within the framework of these games.

The president of INDES, Yamil Bukele, gave the details of the competitions, the budget and the entertainment options to the audience.

"I congratulate the Ministry of Education and INDES for supporting the Salvadoran youth through sport and all the initiatives that president Nayib Bukele promotes for the benefit of our young people. These student games inspire our young people to compete honestly to be the best," head of PROESA said.
